After graduating from École Centrale Paris, Ghita Lahlou began her career in France with the consulting firm Arthur Andersen. In 1994, she returned to Morocco to join ONA, where she held various management positions, before joining the Saham group, where she took over the general management of several subsidiaries. Appointed Group Director in 2012, Ghita Lahlou also sits on several Saham Group Boards of Directors, and is an independent director of other Moroccan companies.

Ghita Lahlou is Managing Director of Ecole Centrale Casablanca.

M. Adnane BOUKAMEL

A graduate of ESIM/Centrale Marseille and holder of a PhD in solid mechanics from the University of Aix-Marseille, Adnane Boukamel obtained his habilitation to direct research in 2006. He taught and conducted research in the fields of mechanics and numerical modeling for 22 years at Centrale Marseille. During this period, he was also Head of Department and head of a research team at the CNRS Mechanics and Acoustics Laboratory. The research projects he led were systematically carried out in partnership with major industrial groups in the aerospace and automotive sectors. Director of the Ecole Hassania des Travaux Publics in Casablanca from 2010 to 2013, he chaired the 2013 edition of the Concours National Commun and was a driving force behind the development of the school’s national and international partnerships. At national level, he has been involved in a number of commissions concerned with the structuring and evaluation of teaching and research. In 2014, he took over as Scientific and Training Director of the Railenium Technological Research Institute in Valenciennes, where he led a number of specialized teams and continued his research career in industrial fields.

Adnane BOUKAMEL is Deputy Managing Director of Ecole Centrale Casablanca.

M. HERVE MARTINEZ

HERVE MARTINEZ holds a PhD from the Université de Pau et des Pays de l’Adour (UPPA) in Chemistry-Physics. After a post-doctoral period in the USA (Carnegie Mellon University – Pittsburgh and Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory – Berkeley), he was appointed Senior Lecturer in 1998, then University Professor at UPPA in 2008.

Today, he is a university lecturer with an exceptional academic record, both at his home university and at the Ecole Centrale in Casablanca.

Its research focuses on the physical chemistry of surfaces and interfaces, applied to various fields: – Materials for energy storage (Li-Na-K ion batteries) – Coorosion phenomena and materials protection – Nanomaterials with health-related applications.

He is the author of over 144 A-rated publications (H-index: 38), two book chapters and has been invited to numerous international conferences. He has coordinated over 20 national and international projects (academic and partnership) and supervised 21 PhD students.

Over the course of his career, he has held various administrative positions in research and teaching. He is currently Director of a national CNRS Research Federation (comprising 46 CNRS Unités Mixtes de Recherche laboratories) “Photoemission Spectroscopies”.

In 2022, Hervé Martinez was appointed Director of Research at Ecole Centrale Casablanca.

M. JEAN-YVES DAUXOIS

After completing a thesis under a CIFRE agreement with TURBOMECA (Safran Helicopter Engines) and LMAP (Laboratoire de Mathématiques et leurs Applications) at the Université de Pau et des Pays de l’Adour, Jean-Yves DAUXOIS was recruited in 1996 as Maître de Conférences when ENSAI (Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l’Analyse de l’Information) was created in Rennes. Having defended his HDR in 2004, he was recruited in 2005 as Professeur des Universités at the Université de Franche-Comté and the Laboratoire de Mathématiques de Besançon. In 2012, he joined the INSA (Institut National des Sciences Appliquées) in Toulouse and the IMT (Institut de Mathématiques de Toulouse).

Throughout his career, he has been involved in the creation of and responsibility for engineering school and university Master’s courses. Since 2018, he has been head of the Mathematical Engineering and Modeling Department at INSA Toulouse.

He is the author of some thirty research articles, mainly on non-parametric or semi-parametric inference of lifetimes or recurrent events, with applications to Reliability or Survivability. He has supervised 5 theses.

Mme. MAJDA EL KHOU

Directrice Déléguée au Cursus Ingénieur et Scolarité

Doctorate in Microwave and Microtechnology from the Université des Sciences et Technologies de Lille and a Master’s degree in Quality Management from ENSAM Paris.
Majda ELKHOU first gained experience in teaching and research at the University of Lille and in collaboration with the Thales France group.
She then joined the Capgemini France group, where she worked as a consultant in quality management, project management and organization. Just before joining the Ecole Centrale Casablanca teaching team, Majda ELKHOU was Quality Manager at Engie France, where she managed the quality of design and development projects for telecoms equipment for the Defense and Security sectors.

Today, Majda is Deputy Director of the Engineering and School Curriculum at Ecole Centrale Casablanca.

M. MOHAMMED BOUBOU

Directeur aux Relations internationales

With an MBA from the University of Phoenix in the USA and a teaching certificate from Cambridge University, Mohammed Boubou has acquired multidisciplinary experience, notably with major multinational companies.

After graduating in Economics and Business Management from Hassan II University in Mohammedia, Mohammed Boubou moved to the United States to pursue a career as a manager in various companies. He obtained his MBA there and specialized in corporate executive training. His new role brought him closer to the world of education, and he decided to devote himself to teaching, taking a Teaching Knowledge certificate at Cambridge University. He then returned to Morocco, where he taught English in various higher education establishments.

Mohammed Boubou is Deputy Director of International Relations at Ecole Centrale Casablanca.

M. NASSEF HMIMDA

Nassef HMIMDA holds a PhD in Strategic Management of Technology and Innovation from Ecole Centrale Paris, where he has been teaching management for over 20 years.

His academic career has led him to teach innovation and strategy at both business and engineering schools in France and Morocco.

Nassef HMIMDA is also Director of Exed CentraleSupelec in Casablanca, and head of CentraleSupelec’s Specialized Masters in Leadership and Innovative Projects in collaboration with Ecole Centrale Casablanca.

At the same time, Nassef HMIMDA works as a strategy and innovation consultant, helping companies to define the solutions and systems they need to implement their transformation and innovation policies. He has worked with several major French and Moroccan groups in these fields (Air Liquide, Essilor, La Poste, Société Générale, SNCF Réseau, Thales, Vinci Autoroute, etc.).

Nassef Hmimda is Director of Continuing Education and Director of Pedagogical Innovation at Ecole Centrale Casablanca.

M. OMAR LAYACHI

OMAR LAYACHI is Director of Development and Communications at Ecole Centrale Casablanca (ECC), which he joined in 2016.

The department for which he is responsible is in charge of overall relations with the corporate ecosystem: development of continuing education, support for the ECC Research Department in finding corporate partners, enabling engineering students to work for leading local and international companies, and promoting the image of Ecole Centrale Casablanca.

Prior to this, since 2005, Omar has held several positions of responsibility in the banking and finance sectors.

Finally, Omar holds a Master 2 in Economics and Business Management from the Montpellier Academy and the Executive Mastère Leadership & Innovative Projects from CentraleSupélec Paris.

M. Yassine HEFFOUDHI

Yassine HEFFOUDHI has 15 years’ experience working alongside companies in the fields of finance, organization and process reengineering, with strong exposure to international environments.

Yassine HEFFOUDHI began his career with Deloitte in Paris, where he worked as an auditor and consultant for 8 years, assisting listed and unlisted companies in France and abroad with account certification, operational reorganizations, technical audits for privatizations…

In 2011, he joined Grant Thornton’s teams in Casablanca, as Senior Manager, to develop the Risk Management Consulting business and also take charge of an audit portfolio of strategic clients.
After 2 years, Yassine took over as Support Manager for the Moroccan entities of Canadian engineering leader SNC LAVALIN.

In early 2015, Yassine joined the team in charge of launching the Ecole Centrale Casablanca project. In particular, he was responsible for the launch and operation of the Bouskoura Campus and student residence.

Yassine HEFFOUDHI is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP-EUROPE), after obtaining a degree in MIAGE from the Université Paris Sud.

M. FREDERIC DELIGNY

Frederic Deligny has over twenty years of experience, both in Morocco and internationally, primarily in the services and consulting sectors.

A graduate of EDHEC Business School (France) with a major in Entrepreneurship, and holder of a Master’s degree in Information Systems, Frederic Deligny is also certified in personality assessment tools covering behavioral dimensions, motivations, stress quotient, and emotional intelligence.

His professional career in Morocco has focused on Human Resources roles, holding senior positions within companies where he has been responsible for defining HR vision and developing strategies, programs, and tools aimed at improving Human Capital management processes. He has also worked in consulting firms as an expert advisor to executive management and HR departments of major Moroccan, African, and international organizations.

Frederic Deligny is currently the Director of Human Capital at École Centrale Casablanca.

TAHA MANSOUR

Taha Mansour is a mentalist and consultant specializing in soft skills and influence. AZIZ DAOUDA

After completing his primary, secondary, and university studies in Rabat, he earned, as an athlete, a scholarship to the Institutul de Educația Fizică București in Romania, where he obtained a higher education diploma in Physical Education, specializing in athletics, in 1977.

After a brief stay in Morocco, he moved to Canada in 1980, where he pursued further studies at the Université de Montréal in Physical Activity Sciences, earning an MSc in Exercise Physiology. Upon returning to Morocco, he held several senior academic and administrative positions at the Institut Royal de la Formation des Cadres (IRFC), including Director of Studies, as well as roles within the Ministry of Youth and Sports as Head of Service, Head of Division, and Acting Director of Sports.

Within the ministry, he initiated and contributed to several major infrastructure and organizational projects, notably as co-author of the first law on sport and physical education enacted in Morocco. He also took part in organizing the Mediterranean Games 1983 and the Pan Arab Games 1985, held respectively in Casablanca and Rabat. He later served as Director General of the Peace Games in 1992 in Ifrane.

He also acted as General Coordinator for the IAAF World Cross Country Championships 1998 and as Director General of the World Youth Championships in Athletics 2005 held in Marrakech. In the same city, he directed the International Marathon Grand Prix Hassan II for about a decade.

After serving as Secretary General in 1979, he became Technical Director of the Fédération Royale Marocaine d’Athlétisme on three occasions, notably from 1994 to 2006 (with a break between late 2000 and early 2003). In June 2006, he stepped down from Moroccan athletics leadership and was later appointed Technical Director of the Confederation of African Athletics. In 2013, he received the Order of Merit from the World Athletics for his contribution to the development of athletics.

During his coaching career, Aziz Daouda trained several prominent athletes, including Fatima El Faquir, Saïd Aouita, and Nezha Bidouane. He also managed top Moroccan and international athletics stars, achieving numerous titles and world records with athletes such as Hicham El Guerrouj, Jawad Gharib, Hasna Benhassi, and Salah Hissou.

Christophe BOFARULL

Christophe Bofarull is a graduate of ESCP Business School in marketing and communication.

He later specialized in competitive intelligence at the Institut des Hautes Études de Défense Nationale (IHEDN) and in negotiation/mediation at Harvard Law School.

He has led international projects for more than 15 years across Germany, the United States, South Africa, and Morocco.

In recent years, Christophe has successfully implemented negotiation training programs for executives of major international corporations. He also teaches and shares his expertise in prestigious academic institutions, focusing on negotiation and mediation.

Christophe Bofarull is also an international negotiator involved in major global events such as the World Forum and climate conferences.

He holds a University Diploma in Executive Coaching: Coaching for Executives and Managers from CY Cergy Paris Université, as well as an ACC Portfolio Certification (Associate Certified Coach) from the International Coaching Federation. He is an executive and team coach specializing in leadership development.

Before undertaking his academic training in executive coaching at the age of 40, Antonin built a career as an entrepreneur. For 20 years, he produced advertising and documentary films. He interviewed executives from major multinational organizations such as Banque Populaire, the French Senate, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris, and senior leaders of Société Générale across Paris, London, Singapore, and Tokyo.

Patrick d’Humières

President of Eco-Learn

He is President of Eco-Learn, a training organization focused on sustainable development and affiliated with CentraleSupélec Exed. He also teaches “Sustainable Business Models” at Sciences Po in Paris.

An international expert in business–society relations, he specializes in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainable development management. He has been involved since their inception in major international initiatives such as the UN Global Compact, the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC), and ISO 26000.

He is Director of the “Master Classes 21” and teaches at Sciences Po on sustainable business models.
