AZIZ DAOUDA

After completing his primary, secondary, and university studies in Rabat, he earned, as an athlete, a scholarship to the Institutul de Educația Fizică București in Romania, where he obtained a higher education diploma in Physical Education, specializing in athletics, in 1977.

After a brief stay in Morocco, he moved to Canada in 1980, where he pursued further studies at the Université de Montréal in Physical Activity Sciences, earning an MSc in Exercise Physiology. Upon returning to Morocco, he held several senior academic and administrative positions at the Institut Royal de la Formation des Cadres (IRFC), including Director of Studies, as well as roles within the Ministry of Youth and Sports as Head of Service, Head of Division, and Acting Director of Sports.

Within the ministry, he initiated and contributed to several major infrastructure and organizational projects, notably as co-author of the first law on sport and physical education enacted in Morocco. He also took part in organizing the Mediterranean Games 1983 and the Pan Arab Games 1985, held respectively in Casablanca and Rabat. He later served as Director General of the Peace Games in 1992 in Ifrane.

He also acted as General Coordinator for the IAAF World Cross Country Championships 1998 and as Director General of the World Youth Championships in Athletics 2005 held in Marrakech. In the same city, he directed the International Marathon Grand Prix Hassan II for about a decade.

After serving as Secretary General in 1979, he became Technical Director of the Fédération Royale Marocaine d’Athlétisme on three occasions, notably from 1994 to 2006 (with a break between late 2000 and early 2003). In June 2006, he stepped down from Moroccan athletics leadership and was later appointed Technical Director of the Confederation of African Athletics. In 2013, he received the Order of Merit from the World Athletics for his contribution to the development of athletics.

During his coaching career, Aziz Daouda trained several prominent athletes, including Fatima El Faquir, Saïd Aouita, and Nezha Bidouane. He also managed top Moroccan and international athletics stars, achieving numerous titles and world records with athletes such as Hicham El Guerrouj, Jawad Gharib, Hasna Benhassi, and Salah Hissou.

Christophe BOFARULL

Christophe Bofarull is a graduate of ESCP Business School in marketing and communication.

He later specialized in competitive intelligence at the Institut des Hautes Études de Défense Nationale (IHEDN) and in negotiation/mediation at Harvard Law School.

He has led international projects for more than 15 years across Germany, the United States, South Africa, and Morocco.

In recent years, Christophe has successfully implemented negotiation training programs for executives of major international corporations. He also teaches and shares his expertise in prestigious academic institutions, focusing on negotiation and mediation.

He is President of Eco-Learn, a training organization focused on sustainable development and affiliated with CentraleSupélec Exed. He also teaches “Sustainable Business Models” at Sciences Po in Paris.

Yassine HEFFOUDHI has 15 years’ experience working alongside companies in the fields of finance, organization and process reengineering, with strong exposure to international environments.

Yassine HEFFOUDHI began his career with Deloitte in Paris, where he worked as an auditor and consultant for 8 years, assisting listed and unlisted companies in France and abroad with account certification, operational reorganizations, technical audits for privatizations…

In 2011, he joined Grant Thornton’s teams in Casablanca, as Senior Manager, to develop the Risk Management Consulting business and also take charge of an audit portfolio of strategic clients.
After 2 years, Yassine took over as Support Manager for the Moroccan entities of Canadian engineering leader SNC LAVALIN.

In early 2015, Yassine joined the team in charge of launching the Ecole Centrale Casablanca project. In particular, he was responsible for the launch and operation of the Bouskoura Campus and student residence.
