AZIZ DAOUDA

After completing his primary, secondary, and university studies in Rabat, he earned, as an athlete, a scholarship to the Institutul de Educația Fizică București in Romania, where he obtained a higher education diploma in Physical Education, specializing in athletics, in 1977.

After a brief stay in Morocco, he moved to Canada in 1980, where he pursued further studies at the Université de Montréal in Physical Activity Sciences, earning an MSc in Exercise Physiology. Upon returning to Morocco, he held several senior academic and administrative positions at the Institut Royal de la Formation des Cadres (IRFC), including Director of Studies, as well as roles within the Ministry of Youth and Sports as Head of Service, Head of Division, and Acting Director of Sports.

Within the ministry, he initiated and contributed to several major infrastructure and organizational projects, notably as co-author of the first law on sport and physical education enacted in Morocco. He also took part in organizing the Mediterranean Games 1983 and the Pan Arab Games 1985, held respectively in Casablanca and Rabat. He later served as Director General of the Peace Games in 1992 in Ifrane.

He also acted as General Coordinator for the IAAF World Cross Country Championships 1998 and as Director General of the World Youth Championships in Athletics 2005 held in Marrakech. In the same city, he directed the International Marathon Grand Prix Hassan II for about a decade.

After serving as Secretary General in 1979, he became Technical Director of the Fédération Royale Marocaine d’Athlétisme on three occasions, notably from 1994 to 2006 (with a break between late 2000 and early 2003). In June 2006, he stepped down from Moroccan athletics leadership and was later appointed Technical Director of the Confederation of African Athletics. In 2013, he received the Order of Merit from the World Athletics for his contribution to the development of athletics.

During his coaching career, Aziz Daouda trained several prominent athletes, including Fatima El Faquir, Saïd Aouita, and Nezha Bidouane. He also managed top Moroccan and international athletics stars, achieving numerous titles and world records with athletes such as Hicham El Guerrouj, Jawad Gharib, Hasna Benhassi, and Salah Hissou.

Christophe BOFARULL

Christophe Bofarull is a graduate of ESCP Business School in marketing and communication.

He later specialized in competitive intelligence at the Institut des Hautes Études de Défense Nationale (IHEDN) and in negotiation/mediation at Harvard Law School.

He has led international projects for more than 15 years across Germany, the United States, South Africa, and Morocco.

Nassef Hmimda holds a PhD from École Centrale Paris in Strategic Management of Technology and Innovation. He has been teaching management for over 20 years, with academic experience spanning both business schools and engineering schools.

He is also the Director of CentraleSupélec Exed Casablanca and oversees the Specialized Master’s program in Leadership and Innovative Projects at CentraleSupélec in collaboration with École Centrale Casablanca.

In parallel, he founded his consulting company, Makin’Ov, which supports organizations in defining transformation and innovation strategies. He has worked with several major French corporations including Air Liquide, Essilor, La Poste, Société Générale, SNCF Réseau, Thales Group, and Vinci Autoroutes.

REDHA MOULLA

INTERNATIONAL EXPERT IN AI AND DEEP LEARNING

Redha Moulla is an artificial intelligence consultant who has been supporting companies for over ten years in innovation and data-driven transformation initiatives. He intervenes across all stages of AI projects, from identifying and qualifying use cases to designing and deploying solutions.

He holds a PhD in Automatic Control from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, as well as three Master’s degrees: in Big Data from Université Paris-Dauphine, in Innovation from Université Paris-Saclay, and in Physics from Sorbonne University. He also holds a certification in Digital Transformation from ESSEC Business School.

He teaches Deep Learning at EPITA, as well as Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing at École Centrale Casablanca. He is also a trainer for a major Paris-based professional training organization, where he teaches executives how to manage AI-driven transformation projects.

MARC PREDAL

Coach Lean / Agile

Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, IASSC-certified trainer for Green Belt and Black Belt certifications, expert in Managing for Continuous and Breakthrough Improvement (Kaizen), Lean transformation through empowerment, and operational excellence programs.

With over 30 years of experience in industry and consulting, Marc has specialized in performance challenges within large organizations, particularly in the industrial and financial services sectors, where he has supported dozens of companies and hundreds of managers.

He is a Partner and leads the Methods and Innovation division of a Paris-based consulting firm. Marc has been supporting partners of CentraleSupélec in France and Africa for more than 10 years, with strong expertise in Moroccan culture and ecosystem.

His credo: helping managers grow and enabling their teams to thrive in a dynamic of success.

Mr Yassine HEFFOUDHI

Secretary General

Yassine Heffoudhi has 15 years of experience working with companies in the fields of finance, organisational transformation and business process re-engineering, with significant exposure to international environments.

He began his career at Deloitte in Paris, where he spent eight years working in audit and consulting. During this time, he supported both listed and privately held companies in France and internationally on assignments including statutory audits, operational restructuring and technical audits related to privatisation projects.

In 2011, he joined Grant Thornton in Casablanca as a Senior Manager, where he was responsible for developing the firm’s Risk Management consulting activities while also managing an audit portfolio of strategic clients.

Two years later, Yassine was appointed Head of Support Functions for the Moroccan entities of Canadian engineering group SNC-Lavalin.

In early 2015, he joined the team responsible for launching the École Centrale Casablanca project. In particular, he oversaw the opening and operation of the campus and student residence in Bouskoura.

Yassine Heffoudhi is a graduate of ESCP Business School, after previously earning a MIAGE degree from Paris-Sud University.
