Taha Mansour is a mentalist and consultant specializing in soft skills and influence.

His show “The Butterfly Effect” was ranked the Best Magic/Mentalism Show and the 7th Best Show across all categories in Paris (BilletReduc 2020). It is also one of the few magic/mentalism shows eligible for the Cyranos Prize (formerly the Petits Molières).

A graduate of École Centrale Paris, Taha applies his expertise in mentalism to the world of management and business, offering consulting sessions and training in communication and influence. He helps improve communication skills and makes presentations, performances, and products more impactful through his coaching sessions.

He is a trainer at CentraleSupélec Exed (Executive Education) and CentraleSupélec, where he delivers high-impact and unconventional training sessions to executive committees in France. His work provides a fresh perspective on organizational management and interpersonal interactions.

He is President of Eco-Learn, a training organization focused on sustainable development and affiliated with CentraleSupélec Exed. He also teaches “Sustainable Business Models” at Sciences Po in Paris.

An international expert in business–society relations, he specializes in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainable development management. He has been involved since their inception in major international initiatives such as the UN Global Compact, the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC), and ISO 26000.

He is Director of the “Master Classes 21” and teaches at Sciences Po on sustainable business models. He has also co-directed the HEC program on Sustainable Transition Management and leads the Casablanca Sustainable Campus (www.academie-durable.org) as well as the community of responsible managers (MR21).

He previously led sustainable development initiatives for five years in the pharmaceutical sector with Les Entreprises du Médicament.

He also created ADMICAL to promote corporate sponsorship, initiated the first forum on responsible business, and co-founded the Collège des Directeurs du Développement Durable (C3D), which brings together sustainability professionals in France.

Nassef Hmimda holds a PhD from École Centrale Paris in Strategic Management of Technology and Innovation. He has been teaching management for over 20 years, with academic experience spanning both business schools and engineering schools.

He is also the Director of CentraleSupélec Exed Casablanca and oversees the Specialized Master’s program in Leadership and Innovative Projects at CentraleSupélec in collaboration with École Centrale Casablanca.

In parallel, he founded his consulting company, Makin’Ov, which supports organizations in defining transformation and innovation strategies. He has worked with several major French corporations including Air Liquide, Essilor, La Poste, Société Générale, SNCF Réseau, Thales Group, and Vinci Autoroutes.

Redha Moulla is an artificial intelligence consultant who has been supporting companies for over ten years in innovation and data-driven transformation initiatives. He intervenes across all stages of AI projects, from identifying and qualifying use cases to designing and deploying solutions.

He holds a PhD in Automatic Control from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, as well as three Master’s degrees: in Big Data from Université Paris-Dauphine, in Innovation from Université Paris-Saclay, and in Physics from Sorbonne University. He also holds a certification in Digital Transformation from ESSEC Business School.

He teaches Deep Learning at EPITA, as well as Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing at École Centrale Casablanca. He is also a trainer for a major Paris-based professional training organization, where he teaches executives how to manage AI-driven transformation projects.

Arnaud Pelletier is an international expert and trainer in complex project management, with over 25 years of experience in international projects, organizational transformation, project performance improvement, and coaching of project managers.

He holds an Engineering Degree from ESME Sudria, is a NLP Practitioner certified by Institut Français de Programmation Neuro-Linguistique, and an ISO Quality Auditor certified by TÜV.
