On May 26, 2026, at Fondation École Centrale Casablanca, Ville Verte, Bouskoura, Casablanca, the bids relating to the open call for tenders based on price offers will be opened. The purpose of this tender is: “Supply and Installation of Office Furniture for FECC in Bouskoura”, in a single lot.
This contract provides for:
Provisional guarantee: none
Final guarantee: 3% of the contract amount, including any amendments, to be provided upon signing the contract.
Step 1: The tender documents may be collected from the registry office of École Centrale Casablanca against payment of MAD 500 in cash.
Step 2: Bidders must submit their bids in physical format, including the original documents in accordance with the tender documents.
The Foundation École Centrale Casablanca will receive until 14/01/2026 at 11:00 AM, as the final deadline, at the reception desk located at Ville Verte, Bouskoura, offers relating to the: "Selection of a service provider for the organization of the graduation ceremony – 8th cohort on the FECC campus in Bouskoura" in a single lot. This contract provides for neither a performance bond nor a retention guarantee for the services to be provided.

Upon returning to Morocco, he held several senior academic and administrative positions at the Institut Royal de la Formation des Cadres (IRFC), including Director of Studies, as well as roles within the Ministry of Youth and Sports as Head of Service, Head of Division, and Acting Director of Sports.
Within the ministry, he initiated and contributed to several major infrastructure and organizational projects, notably as co-author of the first law on sport and physical education enacted in Morocco. He also took part in organizing the Mediterranean Games 1983 and the Pan Arab Games 1985, held respectively in Casablanca and Rabat. He later served as Director General of the Peace Games in 1992 in Ifrane.
He also acted as General Coordinator for the IAAF World Cross Country Championships 1998 and as Director General of the World Youth Championships in Athletics 2005 held in Marrakech. In the same city, he directed the International Marathon Grand Prix Hassan II for about a decade.
After serving as Secretary General in 1979, he became Technical Director of the Fédération Royale Marocaine d’Athlétisme on three occasions, notably from 1994 to 2006 (with a break between late 2000 and early 2003). In June 2006, he stepped down from Moroccan athletics leadership and was later appointed Technical Director of the Confederation of African Athletics. In 2013, he received the Order of Merit from the World Athletics for his contribution to the development of athletics.
During his coaching career, Aziz Daouda trained several prominent athletes, including Fatima El Faquir, Saïd Aouita, and Nezha Bidouane. He also managed top Moroccan and international athletics stars, achieving numerous titles and world records with athletes such as Hicham El Guerrouj, Jawad Gharib, Hasna Benhassi, and Salah Hissou.
